Solar + Battery Generator Support
Generator packages configured to operate as the backup and resilience layer within project-engineered solar PV and battery systems.
System pathway
Use the generator as part of the energy architecture, not as a separate machine.
For hybrid projects the generator can be configured to start and stop from the project energy-management logic, support battery charging and operate within a defined minimum-load strategy. The solar array, battery, PCS / inverter and EMS remain a coordinated project system rather than a generic generator add-on.
Technical framework
Configure the system around the project.
- Controller
- DSE7320 or equivalent hybrid-ready auto-start controller available
- Communications
- Dry-contact remote start and Modbus RTU / RS485 integration pathways
- Governor
- Electronic-governor configuration selected where hybrid controls require it
- Operating logic
- SOC-based start / stop, minimum run-time and minimum-load strategy set by the project EMS / controller
- Parallel / AC bus
- Generator synchronisation requirements coordinated with the PCS / inverter architecture
- Factory setup
- Control parameters and load-test requirements defined before shipment
Typical applications
Where this pathway fits.
Clinics + schools with solar storage
Water pumping + treatment
Field camps + resilient infrastructure
Specification controls
Keep the final design tied to the actual site.
RHELGAN is not presenting an unqualified battery or PV product package on this page.
Battery chemistry, fire safety, PCS, EMS and solar design remain separately engineered.
Generator minimum-load and wet-stacking prevention must be built into the operating strategy.
Compatibility is confirmed against the actual inverter / EMS make and model.
This pathway covers the generator and its integration requirements. Solar PV, battery storage, PCS / inverter and EMS scope are confirmed separately for each project.
