SPORTS PROJECT SUPPLY · TECHNICAL SOURCE INDEX

Sports flooring, turf and perimeter LED references

Selected product specifications from the SMART Group 2026 product manual, provided as comparison and project-qualification information within Apollo's existing sports surfaces and FÍSVOR vision system ranges.

The supplier manual presents proposed assemblies, performance and warranty figures. They have not been independently validated, checked for current production, or accepted as sport governing-body certification. Final supply is subject to full manufacturer submittals, local design requirements and written warranty schedules.

Timber indoor sports-floor systems

The 2026 manual (PDF pp. 6–10) describes five SAMMY timber court subfloor assemblies. Its published top layers refer to Canadian maple and Swedish Bona UV finishes. The typical supporting panel is described as multilayer board, with steel, cypress or larch framing and a specified shock-absorption arrangement.

Artificial turf yarn/profile references

The manual's field-lawn section (PDF pp. 18–20) identifies three example fibre profiles. All three list a 10,000–13,500 dtex range and share the following catalogue-level parameters.

Supplier referenceBlade geometryPile heightGaugeStitch density

DMDDiamond shape40–60 mm3/8 or 3/4 inch15–25 / 10 cm
BZ01S-shape40–60 mm3/8 or 3/4 inch15–25 / 10 cm

These figures specify yarn/tufting examples, not complete field systems. Ask for infill type/quantity, backing, permeability, fibre test records, shockpad and base construction, sport-specific FIFA or other relevant test reports, maintenance and warranty. Source: 2026 SMART manual, PDF pp. 18–20.

FÍSVOR — VISION SYSTEMS

Stadium perimeter LED display comparisons

The supplier manual (PDF pp. 60–63) presents VPS outdoor/indoor pitch-side perimeter LED references, including protective padding/louvres and modular construction. These are an additional supplier comparison for FÍSVOR, not replacement specifications for its existing approved display manufacturers.

The same table lists ≥3,840 Hz refresh, 14-bit greyscale, front/rear IP65/IP54, AC 220 V ±10% input and 960 × 960 × 133 mm cabinet dimensions for these three examples.
