Historical record policy
Old supplier material remains useful — but it stays in the reference layer.
Legacy technical books
Older Rising model manuals can explain how previous systems were assembled, drained or motorised, but dimensions and details are not automatically carried into a 2026 order.
Legacy wind/load sheets
Historical wind, rain and snow sheets are retained internally for comparison only. Current project claims require current model- and configuration-specific evidence.
Expired conformity documents
Expired CE, ISO or other certificates are not surfaced as current credentials. Updated documents are requested when relevant to the destination or project.
Warranty records
A historical Rising warranty-claim process is on file, but Apollo does not publish a warranty duration until current written warranty terms are supplied for the selected product.
