Coastal public realm needs more than a generic corrosion-resistant material label. Exposure, spray, prevailing wind, drainage, maintenance access and the complete product assembly should be understood before a CIVARO Coastal package is selected.

Review the complete product assembly
Frames, fasteners, welds, coatings, timber inserts, moving parts and electrical components can age differently. Material suitability should be reviewed at assembly level rather than from one headline material.
Plan water and drainage around the public space
Shelters, planters, paving interfaces and low points can redirect water. Drainage routes and discharge should be coordinated with the landscape and civil design before products are fixed in place.
Make maintenance realistic
Wash-down, coating inspection, hardware replacement and access around planted or crowded zones should be considered during selection. A system that cannot be practically maintained may be a poor coastal choice even when the base material is suitable.
Use current model-specific evidence
Coastal suitability, finish systems, warranties and structural performance should be tied to the selected product and configuration. Apollo does not apply one generic coastal claim across every CIVARO product.
